DCCWC Wedding Show Peek!

The Washington DC Couture Wedding Consortium Wedding Show at the Decatur House was so much fun...exhausting, but a blast! The whole day was pretty much a whirlwind. One minute, it was 8:30 am and my totally clutch husband was helping me unload our Mini Cooper of 22 stunning Claire Pettibone, Elizabeth Fillmore, Lea Ann Belter and L'ezu Atelier gowns (not to mention some super stylish Jenny Yoo dresses). The next minute, it was 3:30 pm and Katie of Elegance and Simplicity (she is a wedding planning extraordinaire) was announcing the winner of the $50,000 Free Green Wedding - a total dream green wedding package including the Decatur House as the venue, the planning services of Elegance & Simplicity, catering from Avalon Caterers, music from Mydeejay.com, a free Eco Couture dress from Promise and Adele Wechsler , styling from Polished Image and Style, makeup from Carola Meyers, and more!
