Promise is super lucky to have such cool neighbors!
We have Nail Design (301-654-5224) right below us, which has been voted many times as the best place in Bethesda to get a manicure/pedicure (we can totally vouch for how long our pedicures last!), and Bamboozled (301-907-9020)!
Bamboozled is an eclectic little shop on the first floor of our building that has a unique selection of gifts and some really great clothes! I was down there picking up blingy beaded rings for my girlfriends for Christmas when several of their embroidered shantung jacket
s caught my eye. They would be PERFECT paired with a sleek skirt or pants for a Mother of the Bride (or Groom) at the wedding or rehearsal dinner. Not to mention perfect for any cocktail party! Some of these elegant jackets are even reversible - making them super versatile (which is what any woman wants out of her clothing!). Plus, they are totally affordable - the reversible ones are just over $100 and the non-reversible ones are around $85!
Bamboozled is at 4929 St. Elmo Avenue, and they are open Monday through Saturday! Next time you come by Promise be sure to pop by Bamboozled on your way in or out!- Jessica
